Source: This bracelet is by a Roman jewelry designer named Delfina Delettrez. She’s a fourth generation Fendi and has boutiques in Rome. The bracelet is one of a few macabre inspired pieces (there are a couple of spider ones too!) found on her site. It is available in the US, I think a few places in L.A. and NYC, and maybe other places across the US carry it as well. If you’re interested you can find that info on the site:
