I realize that I’m making my readers pay for the fact that this is my first autumn back in NY for many years (and I’m therefore somewhat obsessed with the seasonal change).
These photos make me want to jump through my computer screen and land inside them.

These are fantastic! I’ve been reading your blog and enjoying it for over 2 years-these pictures are just beautiful. I’m in Northern Cal and desperately wishing our autumns looked anything close to this spectacular. Thanks for sharing!
The colors are magnificent, but it goes from bright orange to bare trees really quickly here in upstate NY. I’d say the peak was last week.
