I wouldn’t even know how to properly credit a source on this one, since several like-minded bloggers have displayed selected images from George Krause’s Saints and Martyrs photo set.

Krause has a great eye for capturing expression in objects.


He took this series in 1963, while on assignment to photograph amateur boxing in Mexico.
