Despite working with a small space, LuRu really rocked this theme. There’s even a sci-fi “stovescape!”

Ghost radar posted a few Lucien Rudaux rarities recently.
Rudaux was best known for his science/astronomy illustrations. I’m happy to see these playful deviations from the norm.
Pinterest can be a source of wonderful image collections. Case in point: B-Movie Monsters Carrying Dames.
I actually had to stop collecting images with this theme long ago because it is entirely TOO prevalent. In bygone days of cinema, many a women fainted limply in the arms of a fantastical creature.

There are no Inner Limits to Dana’s mind, or the wonderful finds she sends my way to share on her behalf. Like this vintage collection of Outer Limits cards. In fact, I have a couple of these kicking around in a drawer somewhere. Viva la Geek!
