That driving lady looks especially troubling, like she’d cheerfully run you over with her car and maybe shout “cheerio!” as she drives away… 😛 And the lady in the cigarette ad looks like she’ll make you like them if you say you don’t!

Yes, I’m fairly convinced only a small number of women worldwide can make these faces. It probably is the same woman.
