Cristina Burns
Here’s something sweet (in the SWS way) for Mother’s Day. Cristina Burns makes eye catching assemblages, populated with plenty of skulls, flowers and candy.
I love her “still life” setups…in the past I’ve decorated my house for parties like this:
Bones, brains, sugar, pills, kitschy creatures…
Where are the florists that sell arrangements like this?
Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!

Wow! And eek!
And happy Mother’s Day to all mums still on this plane – and also to those who’ve moved on, and are dreadfully missed. Every single day. -Nx

This is really sweet, pun intended. Something about soft confectionary pastels that soothes me. Weird I know. Great ideas for party decorating and I wish I could’ve seen your party decorations back then. This is also a unique option for a cute Halloween. As for florists, I think everything is changing drastically; people are becoming more keen and less trepidatious about being socially correct, and to think outside the box, or in this case, marzipan coffin. Anyway I think if one cares enough, one could have a florist replicate it. Better yet do it privately and use the savings for something else special, or somebody special. I want a skull filled Good&Plenty in the worst way now.

I’ll have to share pictures with you from my former “theme” parties. They were…unique. 😉

Whenever you can I would love that. I’m sure unique is an understatement; more like fabuuuulous! 🙂
