My First Kafka

If it’s time for your child to begin his or her foray into surreal, existential literature, why not start with My First Kafka?

Ah, so uplifting! (*wink*)

I’m actually quite intrigued by this concept and would be VERY curious to see the author/artist interpretations.

What literature would YOU like to see illustrated as a children’s story?

  1. This is definitely, uplifting. I’d completely forgotten about Franz Kafka. I like how the old authors gave duo titles to their stories: Josephine the Singer, Or The Mouse People. It’s good people are translating his works. I’d give these illustrations a splash of watercolor though, you know, to make it pop.
