That is very cute and isn’t always better when you have an emotional connection to an object. There should also be one with Rigor Mortis’s tongue stuck to a frozen pole. A Christmas Story has always been one of my favorite holidays movies. Especially since you can imagine I have a brother and we were also little rambunctious pains in the asses growing up. And I certainly know how soap tastes. Bless their hearts, in the 70’s my parents always gave me freedom of choice, either grounded for an entire week, 10 spanks with a belt on my bare bottom, or a bar of soap in my mouth for 5 minutes. And I would always ask, “Can I have fourth option?”

One of the many little things I am proud of is having seen this with one of my best friends in. the. movies. I think it ran just a week, nationally. I turned to her and said “this is going to be as popular as ‘It’s A Wonderful Life,’ one day. I never expected it to be bigger! Wonderful montage–even the secret decoder!
