I’m completely intrigued by these “pressed” items from Grace & I, makers of gourmet preserves and unique foods.
Amazing combinations of dried fruit and nuts come together in slice-able blocks in a way that can only be called art.
Of course, my strange little mind immediately compared them to anatomical cross sections…but we won’t go there. Let’s just focus on deliciousness, shall we?

You make me laugh, in a good way. I never know what to expect, you have a talent for diversity in your postings yet no matter how far you push, you still stay on theme.
These look delicious… I wonder if I could somehow approximate this at home. I’d love to have something like this as a snack at work or lectures.
