Hahaha! Love that one with the ladder! Those are really weird clapping hands, though. Unless I’ve been doing it wrong this whole time.
What got me about the clapping hands was the instruction to clap ONLY with hands. Do people clap with other things? Have *I* been doing it wrong?
Ah, those damn hats! Seriously though… I went to the movies over the weekend and had the pleasure of a “cougher” in the audience. I’m surprised there wasn’t a sign for that one…. heehee
There should be such a warning. I wonder what the “no coughing” slide would have looked like in 1910. 🙂

Jeesh, you think they would have had one to “turn off the cell phones” considering how fussy they are about hats and clapping.
…Especially since cell phones were the size of large boulders back then. 😉
I’ve never seen these before! Oh, how times have changed. I’ve never seen anyone escorted out for using a cell phone but I do have a feeling they were a bit more bold back in the day about big hats.
Big hats were all the rage in the 1910’s. You and I would have looked a lot taller (or been swallowed up by giant hats maybe…never worn one…not sure what it does on a petite woman!)
