Pastries…larger than life…
I love jelly doughnuts with a passion. When I see these giants, I want to crawl inside them and just eat until I’m free. They look so soft and delicious.
It’s almost tempting to give them personalities.
Please tell me I’m not the only one salivating here.

I’m trying to be very good by eating my Special K!! Do-nuts *said in Homer Simpson’s voice. Now I want some! Instead of a birthday cake this year, I have a daughter who wants a donut cake. She has it all planed out with jelly on the bottom, chocolate in the middle & glazed at the top. You want to come!
When is this birthday party you speak of? I hate to miss that many doughnuts in one place. 🙂
I dunno…they remind me of wounds. Of course, that may be watching too much “The Walking Dead” talking.
I can definitely see the resemblance to zombie makeup! Personally, I was too wrapped up in the pillowy, jelly-filled goodness to mind. 🙂
These ones kind of disgust me actually ! They look so… Heavy, so runny !
