You know, the only thing that makes that otherwise great shirt *not funny* is that things in America today seem to be eerily like the 1600’s. Pseudo-Christian TV religion has addled the minds of hundreds of my fellow Americans, as is evidenced by the current jihad against the teaching of evolution, abstinence-only education, attacks on contraception, etc.
Ours is not a new age of religious devotion. It’s an age of the celebration and glorification of ignorance. Galileo would now be called a liberal (the 21st century word for heretic).
