Halley’s Comet Comic

Call me sentimental, but I find this little comic about Halley’s Comet rather beautiful.

What a simple way to put things in perspective; to show the stunning patterns of the universe and the brevity of human existence.

I saw Halley’s comet in 1986 as a bright eyed seven year old. If I am lucky enough to see the comet again at 81, may I carry myself with the wonder of a child and the wisdom of age.

  1. That’s so funny. I saw Halley’s comet too (when I was 6). My goal has always been to make it until the age of 80 so that I can see it again. This cartoon totally sums it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I find this very beutiful and it is sad that i wasnt alive to see it in 1986 but i plan on seeing it the next time around
