The famous Dutch painter Hieronymous Bosch apparently lived near the village of Tilburg, and the locals brew a beer in his honor. They’ve done their best to keep it real and they seem to have a nice little operation running. The label features a character from the famous Garden of Earthly Delights.
I say: BRING IT! Put more 15th century art on beer bottles. Not enough beverage labels feature surreal, densely symbolic images of human-animal creatures steeped in decadence.
