This post is dedicated to my mother, who would have celebrated a birthday today. I owe my love of crafting (and SO much more) to her. I will always cherish my wonderful memories, and continue to draw inspiration from the loving, compassionate, creative presence she provided.

Although I haven’t gotten around to posting this (awful quality) snapshot until now…a couple of weeks ago I woke up with the insatiable desire to make a plush Anglerfish.

Cuddles enjoys bioluminescence and distending his jaw to devour prey twice his size…whole.
I may put this little sweetheart up for adoption at some point. Don’t all line up at once.
