I’d wildly stab at “di0-0ib” based on the similarities to the work on http://themafucage.blogspot.co.uk/2011/04/di00ib.html – the last montage has a similar skull (row 2, pic 4) and the general look of the faces also matches. Also the crow in picture 26 (witch doctors and musical box) looks identical.
