* That homunculus gremlin reminds me of Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark by Guillermo the awesome. The end part where the stepmother (Katie Holmes) is succumbed by the tiny teeth and bone wanting bastards, pulling her down into the shaft. A year passes and we return, and with creepy utterances you realize she’s become one of them, their queen, dwelling at the shaft’s bottom in the basement of this grand manor, waiting to come back up. Gave me chills!
