I have no space for wall decals, but these geeky designs from Cut N Paste made my heart go pitter patter.
This one is my favorite: “How wonderful that we have met with a paradox. Now we have some hope of making progress.” An inspiring quote by Niels Bohr together with an image of particles’ collision inside a bubble chamber.

Oh, to have my walls speak in equations and schematics…

I had an internship at Brookhaven National Laboratories in the late 80’s–I catalogued and curated their Camp Upton collection (the property was a training camp in WWI & WWII). I lied on site, and was able to drive around a lot of the property. I had keys to their museum, and used to roam the exhibits. This post just brings that all back to me.
You are just a barrel of great surprises. I’m a tad jealous of this one! ๐
These are awesome, bought the Bohr one.
Tom, that is awesome! You have to send/post a photo when you put it on the wall!
Lord, that third one brings back memories!
Ah yes, you are a mathematical fellow (I suppose this should bring back memories for me too…but it’s been a while!).
