Russian artist Sergey Bobkov crafts animal sculptures out of wood chips and shavings. Each one is carefully based on the anatomy of the actual creature and takes months to create.

Bobkov devised his own methods of creating these sculptures. “It’s not too interesting to do what others can,” he says. “To create something out of nothing in a completely new way is far more inspiring.”
