Few and far between are the pastry creations I don’t lust after. Eclairs happen to be one of the few treats I’d never think to buy…but Fauchon, an upscale Paris deli/bakery, could tempt me.

These eclairs are works of art (look at those Mona Lisa eyes!). Almost too beautiful to eat.
