It’s a bag for blood transfusion made by Dunne & Raby Studio.
My only thought is that it was fashioned for a children’s hospital to try to bring joy to those receiving blood transfusions. Hmm…can you imagine a nurse telling you, “think of teddy bears and the ‘ouch’ will go away”
