It IS a real product… it is part of the parts contents of an old plastic model that dates back to the 60’s by a company called Renwal. The parts were from The Visible Man, which you can find on eBay
This shows only half the model parts… Renwal had a companion piece called The Visible Woman… both are pricey IF you can find them; they had a whole line of ‘visible’ products – V8 engine, cat, etc
I’ve seen the “Visible” products (I think I even posted about them on here a while back). Amazing. There are new lines of them coming out as well, though probably not by the same company.
