I wonder if this was originally black and white? It’s a Mannie Davis cartoon. A bit of an early 30′s vibe to it. Fun stuff. Nothing like turning on the Aurora Borealis to save the day!

Gosh, that got pretty scary. Especially those buttocks when he was chasing after the music!
We have a completely different “The Snowman” over here. It always gets me a little teary-eyed!
