Let the Countdown Begin!
It’s that time again!
I’ll be participating in the Cryptkeeper’s annual blog roundup of countdowns.
About 87% in my poll wanted a month long countdown, 10% wanted two weeks. So to be fair to everyone I will probably do the vast majority of posts with a Halloween theme and a small percentage of others…I think. We’ll see what strikes me.

With the buffet of craptastic old horror films, the excitement of a great costume and of course a boat load of candy, October was always a pretty awesome month in our house when my kids were growing up. I miss that. Bring on the grandkids already, offspring!

While you’re waiting, you can just enjoy childish things anyway…like I do (although when I was looking through Oriental Trading Co. this year I started to get so jealous of all the fun Halloween crafts for kids that I can’t justify buying/doing).

Here’s my post with a pic of Peter Cushing in a lab. Love your Pinterest boards! They are awesome. I sure hope you remember to make a board for your blog and “Pin” all of your posts. I didn’t have a chance to look at all of your goodies, but I will for sure when time allows. Happy Halloween!
