Outrageous Architecture Week: “Colorful House”

That title is perhaps an understatement when referring to this Russian home, one of the most elaborately decorated buildings I’ve come across.

The details are astounding.

If anyone has seen this before, or can tell me more about the origins, I’d love to know!

  1. It looks like it’s made of Legos and frosting…LOL.

I swear that in every neighborhood I’ve ever lived in there has always been that ONE house that is painted seven different colors. You know, a purple house with lavender steps, red window sills and teal shudders… or something like that. But THIS… this house trumps them all!

  2. This design concept originates from Pakistan. Pakistan is famous for these types of designs and colors on trucks! Look it up! You’ll find tons of awesomely outrageous colorful trucks!
